Pool heating & dehumidifier

Poolheizung und Entfeuchter, private Schwimmbäder, CHEMIA BRUGG AG

Individual pool temperature with smart heat pumps and heat exchangers.

Optimal climate in and outside of the water

The regulation of the pool water temperature helps to raise individual wellbeing – in accordance with the use of the swimming pool. High-quality inverter heat pumps with a heating and cooling function and titanium heat exchangers extend the bathing season and ensure a pleasant pool water temperature with above-average energy savings. We stock a wide range of heat pumps, heat exchangers and dehumidifiers for operators of indoor pools.

How does a heat pump work?
The air-water heat pump is the most widely used type of heat pump for pools. This type of heat pump for the pool works through the suctioned air warming the contained cooling agent (R32). Through a condenser (supply of electrical energy), the cooling agent is condensed and the temperature increased. The amount of heat contained in the cooling agent is emitted in a condenser to the basin water flowing through it. Then the liquid cooling agent is depressurised so that the cycle can begin again.

What does inverter technology mean?
Our inverter heat pumps are fitted with compressors that work with various or variable speeds. The speed is increased or reduced depending on the energy requirement and the environmental conditions. High-quality inverter heat pumps with a heating and cooling function extend the bathing season and ensure pool water of a pleasant temperature with above-average energy savings. As an option, these smart heat pumps are available with a 3-step or stepless heating regulation, as well as horizontal and vertical versions. There is therefore the right solution for every usage situation, for unlimited bathing enjoyment in private, public or hotel pools.

What is the COP value?
The COP value (Coefficient of Performance) is the performance figure that denotes the effectiveness of a heat pump. This quotient is the result of the heat emitted to the pool water and the required electrical power. To put it simply: it measures how many units of heat a heat pump can generate from a unit of power and can emit into the heating cycle.

For greater effectiveness when heating a pool, a larger model of the heat pump is recommended for a pool facility. A heat pump with a higher performance can usually be operated at a lower speed. The saves more energy through less power, with an audibly lower noise level during operation.

Can the heat pump be automatically controlled?
Our product range also includes Modbus-enabled and WLAN-enabled models, allowing the heat pump to be automatically controlled and the pool automatically heated.
