Supporting sport for the disabled

Sport, under whatever conditions, is good for the health, improves physical fitness and strengthens self-confidence and self-esteem. Especially in disabled sports, physical exercise nad movement has a very positive effect on the body, mind and spirit.

Encounters through sport open up new ways for disabled sportspeople to make social contacts, as well as to leisure activities, friendships, integration at school and at work, and acceptance in society and in the public sphere.
